Oral examination with questions including all the topics on the program. The exam is passed if the possession of both theoretical knowledge (topics) and skills (regulatory/technical case studies) of the discipline is ascertained.

The protection of health and safety in the workplace: scientific and regulatory aspects: history and evolution of occupational medicine and of protection measures in the workplace; traditional, current and emerging risk factors; the Italian Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments; the Italian Legislative Decree no. 101/2020; other current Italian legislation.
The health and safety protection system: the institutional system of prevention and public occupational health services; profiles, roles and functions of the actors of the company's system of protection; risk assessment; measures of collective and individual protection; occupational health surveillance; health promotion.
