1. Knowledge and understanding: being able to know and understand issues related to informal learning embedded in the workplaces.
2. Applying knowledge and understanding: being able to identify the educational dimension in the professional tasks within the health sector.
3. Making judgements: being able to observe and analyse critically relations, habits, ptactices in the workplace in the health sector.
4. Communication skills: being able to argue, motivate, discuss the educational dimension that is embedded in the health professions
5. Learning skills: being able to critically look at the workplaces and their learning/delearning function

Teaching Methods
Interactive sessions, each lecture is taken starting from case studies that are discussed in classroom and theoretical issues are taken in groups

Interview with Professor taken by email for all the needed arrangements
Type of Assessment
Each student will make an analysis of the learning valencies that are embedded in their professional activities. Modality of the analysis will be discussed in classroom
