Course program
Identify the person's problems of a nursing nature using the nursing care process Identify the person's functional models and their alterations by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical ones Establish and maintain relationships with the assisted person with his or her family and/or significant others Recognize and respect the role, one's own skills and those of the members of the care team. Acquire diagnostic reasoning skills, formulating hypotheses on health problems within nursing competence, also through the use of accredited systems of nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems and on the basis of appropriate measurement scales, correlating them to signs and symptoms presented by the patient, at lifestyle, self-care skills, perceived quality of life; Develop the ability to plan nursing care, particularly individually, through the definition of results, objectives and priorities for intervention, based on the problems identified and in the context of organizational needs and the optimal use of resources; Apply the care plan by carrying out the planned interventions; Develop the ability to agree with the patient on the results of nursing care; Provide assistance responses in compliance with the ethical and deontological principles of the profession. Provide correct, effective and appropriate technical services.
