The course addressed the main histopathological alterations observed in the pathological states of the female genital tract, pathology of the breast and placental pathology.

Learning Objectives
The objective of the course will be to increase knowledge on the diagnosis of inflammatory conditions and tumors of the female genital tract, breast and placenta (macroscopicaal and morpho-genetic classifications).

• Pathology of the vulva: vulvitis, LS, LSC, Bartolin cyst, condylomas, carcinoma of the vulva, extramammary Paget disease, pigmented lesions
• Pathology of the cervix: PAP-Test, Bethesda classification, infections, HPV and precancerous cervical lesions
• Carcinoma of the uterine cervix
• Pathology of the uterine corpus: histopathology of menstrual cycle, endometritis, endometriosis, polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial carcinomas, leiomyomas, leyomiosarcomas
• Pathology of the ovary: ovarian cysts, ovarian tumors
• Pathology of the breast: inflammatory processes, tumors of the breast
• Histopathological classification of placental diseases
• Trophoblastic disease; hydatiform mole, invasive mole, choriocarcinoma, placental site trophoblastic tumor
• Pathology of the cervix: PAP-Test, Bethesda classification, infections, HPV and precancerous cervical lesions
